Use

Take 40 ml three times a day. Mix each 40 ml serving with 240 ml of water or juice. Or use the water or juice next to it. Shake before use.

Storage instructions:

Keep refrigerated after opening (max 7°C). Consume within 30 days. Best before end: see top of packaging.
